Job Posting: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) –

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced

Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our wound

care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the

lives of patients by delivering specialized wound care treatments and

supporting their healing journey.

Provide advanced clinical evaluation and

management of patients with acute and chronic wounds.

Develop and implement individualized treatment

plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and

interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on wound

care management, prevention, and ongoing treatment.

Perform and document wound assessments,

procedures, and follow-up visits accurately in the medical record.

Support quality improvement initiatives and

contribute to positive patient outcomes within the wound care program.

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician

Assistant (PA) with current state licensure.

Experience in wound care, dermatology, surgery,

or a related specialty preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and

problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

with a patient-centered approach.
