Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely “Guest First” service ensuring all orders are perfect and guests feel valued
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards
- Assist fellow team members and support a cooperative service environment
- Follow company policies including dress code, clock-in/out times, and safety guidelines
- Handle cash, credit card payments, coupons, and gift cards according to established procedures
- Attend company meetings and training seminars to continuously improve skills
Qualifications & Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handler’s Certificate as required
- Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions and manage workflow independently
