About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Coordinator. This role is all about making guests feel welcome, cared for, and delighted during their visit. As the face of our dining room, you’ll create positive experiences that keep guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet, engage, and interact with guests in the dining room to ensure an exceptional visit.
- Maintain and improve guest service scores by providing top-tier hospitality.
- Encourage and collect guest surveys daily, meeting assigned targets.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, and special needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining room.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold Culver’s brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Outgoing, approachable, and able to create genuine connections.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
