General Maintenance and Upkeep of Restaurant. Applicant expected to complete all restaurant deep cleaning tasks on either a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis depending on the task. Applicant expected to know how to perform basic fixes on machines and broken items at the restaurant. Applicant expected to perform basic maintenance on machines and items at the restaurant. Applicant must be competent at time management, follow through, and be competent at cleaning projects and basic fixes. Must know how to use basic tools.
