Job Description
Powercat Sports Grill is now hiring line cooks. Apply now to join our successful restaurant team! On-the-job line cook and chef training will be provided. Hours and wages for a restaurant line cook will increase once training is complete and positions have been mastered.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, stock and sanitize work station
- Prepare and plate food with pride according to brand standards
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines while cleaning as you go
- Cook menu items in cooperation and in unison with rest of kitchen team
- Commitment to cooking consistently and with a sense of urgency
- General kitchen duties assigned by Management Team
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to safely prepare all menu items after training
- Able to work urgently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining cleanliness
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others and follow directions from managers
- Must be willing to undergo a background check if over the age of 18
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay starts at $14.00 per hour with performance-based increases
- Pay raises every 90 days!
