Qualifications

  • Meet Chick-fil-A’s standards of ethics, integrity, and character
  • Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
  • Pass U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify
  • Complete all onboarding paperwork

Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week (day or night)
  • Part-time: 20+ hours/week (day or night)

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational excellence: order accuracy, speed, and courteous service
  • Deliver 2nd Mile Service and “WOW” guest experiences
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere service
  • Work as a team with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Support and model the restaurant’s vision and values
