- Chick-fil-A restaurant Team Members have the opportunity to apply for scholarships through the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarships initiative. Each year, Team Members are encouraged to participate in the Remarkable Futures Scholarship program. Chick-fil-A, Inc. offers three scholarship awards: $1,000, $2,500, and $25,000. In 2025, over 14,000 recipients were awarded scholarships.
