Team Members at Chick-fil-A restaurants may apply for scholarships through the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarships initiative. Annually, Team Members are encouraged to participate in this program. Chick-fil-A, Inc. provides three scholarship award levels: $1,000, $2,500, and $25,000. In 2025, more than 14,000 recipients received scholarships.
