Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett is looking for safe, dependable, and guest-focused Delivery Drivers to help bring our food and service directly to our guests.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for more than getting an order from one place to another. You'll make sure each delivery is accurate, handled with care, delivered safely and efficiently, and accompanied by the same friendly service our guests would receive inside our restaurant.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.


What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, your responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing delivery orders for accuracy before leaving the restaurant
  • Ensuring food and beverages are packaged securely for transportation
  • Loading and organizing orders in the delivery vehicle
  • Delivering orders safely and efficiently to the correct destination
  • Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with guests
  • Following traffic laws and safe-driving practices at all times
  • Safely operating a company-owned delivery vehicle
  • Maintaining communication with restaurant leadership while completing deliveries
  • Reporting delivery issues, delays, vehicle concerns, or guest concerns promptly
  • Keeping the delivery vehicle clean and ready for use
  • Following restaurant procedures for deliveries, payments, and order handling
  • Assisting the restaurant team with order preparation, stocking, cleaning, and other responsibilities between deliveries
  • Supporting Front of House operations when delivery volume allows

Driver Requirements

Because you'll be representing Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett on the road, safe and responsible driving is an essential part of this position.

Applicants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Maintain a good driving record
  • Provide the information necessary to verify driving eligibility before employment
  • Consent to ongoing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
  • Notify restaurant leadership of any change that may affect driving eligibility
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safe-driving expectations
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
  • Maintain professional conduct while operating a company vehicle and interacting with guests

For full-time employment, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements

Delivery Drivers should be able to:

  • Enter and exit a vehicle repeatedly throughout a shift
  • Remain seated while driving for periods of time
  • Stand and walk for extended periods while working inside the restaurant
  • Bend, reach, carry, and perform repetitive movements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Safely transport food and beverages from the restaurant to delivery locations
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Perform restaurant support duties between deliveries

Our Delivery Drivers are still part of the Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett team. When you're not on the road, you'll help support restaurant operations and work alongside other Team Members to serve our guests.
