Front of House Team Member – Full-Time, Morning/Daytime

Chick-fil-A The Shoppes at Bartlett is looking for dependable, guest-focused individuals to join our Front of House team full-time. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and being part of a team that takes pride in providing excellent service.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be one of the first faces our guests see and an important part of their experience with us. You'll work alongside a supportive team while developing valuable skills in communication, hospitality, teamwork, and leadership.

No restaurant experience is required. We'll provide the training—you bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist guests in the dining room, front counter, drive-thru, and other Front of House areas
• Keep guest areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Work with urgency during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and hospitality
• Communicate effectively with team members and restaurant leadership
• Restock supplies and prepare Front of House areas for upcoming business periods
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures
• Help create a smooth transition between opening, morning, lunch, and afternoon operations
• Support the team wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience

Full-Time Availability

This position requires broad daytime availability.

Full-time team members must be available to work a combination of opening, morning, lunch, and afternoon shifts. Opening shifts may begin around 5:15 AM, and afternoon availability may be needed until approximately 4:00 PM.

You will not necessarily work the same hours every day. Scheduling is based on restaurant needs and team member availability within our full-time scheduling requirements.

Applicants should also have consistent Saturday availability.
