Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Manage food and supply product to meet demand and minimize waste
Qualifications:
- ServSafe Certified
- Previous experience in a kitchen management ( 5yrs <)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Assoc. Degree or Some College education
