Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and small wares using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of dish station throughout the shift.
- Sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas.
- Sweep and mop kitchen area and floors regularly.
- Wipe down doors, surfaces, sinks, and kitchen equipment.
- Take out trash, recyclables, and food waste in compliance with safety procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor.
- Restock cleaning supplies and paper goods.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper use of chemicals.
- Assist in closing and opening cleaning procedures as scheduled
- Support a positive and respectful work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Consistent and reliable
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 40-65 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
