Kitchen Professional

Rate of pay$15.5 - 18 per hour

We are "Home of the 3-day work week!" which can provide full-time hours with a guaranteed four days off including a two day weekend! Team members may work on one of two teams: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; or, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Standard shifts ($15.50/hour) are expected to be 3-8 hours in length. Premium shifts ($17.00/hour) are expected to be 10-12 hours in length, opening or closing schedule, and an expected minimum of 30 hours per week.


Growth Path

Our path to earning more within the organization is structured and transparent. Wages start at $15.50 or $17 for team members and $20 for shift leaders who have completed basic training. Team members make up to $18 and shift leaders up to $22.

Team Member Elite Tier:

Red to Silver: $0.25 raise

Silver to Gold: $0.25 raise

Gold to Diamond Elite: $0.50 raise

Shift Leader Elements Tier:

Water To Air: $0.50 raise

Air to Earth/Fire: $0.50 raise

Earth/Fire to Lightning/Metal: $1 raise


Job Description

Our Chick-fil-A restaurant is growing and we’re looking for full- and part-time team members to provide a remarkable experience for our guests. You will provide this experience by focusing on delivering quality food to our guests with fast and accurate service and genuine hospitality.


We provide all training you need to get started. In the kitchen, you will serve guests through top-tier food safety and food quality practices, perform food prep and food assembly, and work as a team to create the best experience possible for our guests from behind the scenes. Between tasks, you will support store operations by performing other activities such as re-stocking product and cleaning.
