We’re looking for an Expo Team Member who takes pride in ensuring every guest order leaves with excellence — accurate, fresh, and beautifully executed. As the bridge between the kitchen and our guests, you’ll play a key role in maintaining both speed of service and elevated presentation that reflects Chick-fil-A’s commitment to hospitality.

What You’ll Do
- Bag and expedite orders with urgency, precision, and care.
- Prepare and verify beverages for accuracy and freshness.
- Check order completeness before handoff to ensure guests receive the full experience.
- Use Core 4 behaviors (eye contact, smile, enthusiastic tone, and personal connection) during all guest and team interactions.
- Keep your expo station clean, stocked, and organized for efficient workflow.
- Communicate constantly with Servers and the kitchen team to ensure flawless order flow and timing.
