We’re looking for a Server who delivers a five-star guest experience by combining Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality with the excellence of restaurant-level service. This role is about creating meaningful guest moments — balancing speed and precision with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism.

Deliver a five-star guest experience by blending Chick-fil-A’s Core 4 behaviors with attentive, elevated service.
What You’ll Do
- Take guest orders in the dining room and drive-thru with speed, accuracy, and genuine care.
- Practice Core 4 (eye contact, smile, enthusiastic tone, personal connection) and deliver 2nd Mile Service — refreshing drinks, table touch-ins, 2-bite checks, assisting families, clearing trays, and upselling.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, professional service that feels intentional.
- Communicate clearly with the Expo and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and seamless execution.
- Maintain professional appearance, posture, and attentiveness in line with the Chick-fil-A Style Guide.
