Job Summary: As a Subway Sandwich Artist, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food in a clean and welcoming environment. This position focuses on outstanding customer service, food safety, teamwork, and maintaining restaurant standards while representing the Subway brand with professionalism and positivity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, courteous service throughout their visit
- Recommend menu items, customize orders, and prepare sandwiches and other menu items to guest specifications
- Prepare and serve fresh food while consistently following food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle cash and card transactions
- Stock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed to support daily operations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and follow company procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Education and Experience:
An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
- On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
Working environment and physical requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%
