Job Summary: Little Caesars Team Member plays an essential role in delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality food to every guest. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing products according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting daily store operations. Team Members work collaboratively to ensure each shift runs smoothly and that every customer has a positive experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Take orders accurately in person and over the phone.
- Prepare pizzas, Crazy Bread, wings, and other menu items according to Little Caesars recipes and standards.
- Operate equipment such as ovens, dough sheeters, and cash registers safely and correctly.
- Maintain product quality by following portioning, cooking times, and food safety guidelines.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and customer spaces clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting cash, cleaning, and preparing the store for the next shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.

Education and Experience:
An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
- On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
Working environment and physical requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to be clean windows.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%
