Job Summary: The Crew Member delivers a high-quality guest experience by preparing and serving food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment while demonstrating Krystal’s Core Values. This role focuses on product quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and providing “WOW” hospitality to every guest.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food products according to approved Krystal procedures, specifications, and quality standards
- Adhere to approved food holding times, temperatures, and safe food-handling practices
- Package food using approved Krystal containers, lids, and bags
- Deliver “WOW” hospitality through friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic guest service
- Maintain proper uniform and professional appearance at all times
- Follow all approved cash-handling and security procedures
- Communicate positively with guests, teammates, and managers
- Accept coaching and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and exterior areas remain clean and organized
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and follow company procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Education and Experience:
An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
- On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
Working environment and physical requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%
