As a highly motivated District Manager, you will lead four company-owned centers in Southern California, driving enrollment growth, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Drive center performance by managing enrollment growth, lead conversion, student retention, revenue, and profitability
- Analyze trends and implement action plans to improve business metrics and customer experience
- Lead monthly KPI reviews with executive leadership and provide strategic insights
- Hire, coach, and develop Center Directors and staff to build high-performing teams
- Create a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of the Mathnasium Method, sales process, and instructional quality
- Conduct regular center visits to support teams and reinforce best practices
- Partner with marketing and community outreach to drive local growth and lead generation
- Manage center-level financial performance, staffing, and scheduling for profitability
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of multi-unit operations or retail leadership experience
- Proven success in driving performance and building scalable training programs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with operational discipline
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer and student experiences
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, day shifts, and on-call duties
