Manager, Business Operations
Reporting to: SVP, Business Operations
About the Role
This is a hybrid role based out of our Headquarters in Los Angeles, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the remaining workdays remote.
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to work side-by-side with our executive team on the company's highest-priority initiatives. This role serves as a thought partner to senior leadership and an execution partner across departments, sitting at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the executive team and board, ideal for someone who thrives on both the rigorous analysis of big-picture challenges and the discipline of driving complex initiatives to completion.

- Partner with senior leaders on annual planning, long-term strategic planning, and organizational resource prioritization to help shape company direction
- Prepare board materials and executive presentations, translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that support decision-making
- Conduct research and analysis to inform executive decisions on key strategic questions, including investment priorities, product development, and growth strategy
- Support franchisee communications, including written updates and network-wide presentations
Initiative & Project Management
- Own end-to-end management of cross-functional strategic initiatives, from scoping and work planning through execution, testing, and success tracking
- Drive execution of the AI roadmap, strategic initiative roadmap, and new product launches
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives
- Serve as connective tissue across teams, ensuring cross-functional coordination and momentum on priority projects
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Make clear, data-informed recommendations to senior leadership and project teams on go-forward strategies and decisions
