This is a unique opportunity for a business-minded, people-focused leader who can blend sales excellence, relationship building, and operational discipline. You’ll own the performance of your center including P&L accountability, enrollment growth, and customer satisfaction while developing your team and shaping the culture of success every day.

What You’ll Do
Lead with purpose and ownership
- Manage the full operation of your learning center, including team leadership, sales performance, and profitability.
- Take ownership of the P&L, tracking revenue, expenses, and key metrics to ensure sustainable growth and strong financial performance.
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional instruction and outstanding customer experiences.
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative culture rooted in Mathnasium’s mission and values.
Drive growth and family engagement
- Lead the sales and enrollment process, build authentic connections with families, understand their goals, and present Mathnasium as the solution that delivers results.
- Achieve enrollment and revenue goals through lead management, marketing, and community outreach.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with parents through proactive communication, progress updates, and care calls.
- Turn satisfied families into ambassadors through referrals, reviews, and school partnerships.
Operate like an entrepreneur
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies and events that attract new families to the center.
- Oversee daily operations; scheduling, payroll, performance tracking, and center presentation.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with local schools and community organizations to build awareness and credibility.
Note: The schedule for this role is typically Sunday through Thursday, with occasional flexibility on Fridays. While we do offer scheduling flexibility, as a Center Director, there may be times when you’re asked to work outside of the standard schedule to support center needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business management, sales, or education, with a strong focus on customer engagement and team leadership.
- Advanced communication skills; active listening, empathy, and the ability to overcome objections and close confidently.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
