Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to create a positive and enthusiastic shift experience for guests and team members
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service using Cajun Hospitality
- Prepare and package food and drinks while maintaining high-quality standards
- Support team members across multiple stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety
- Assist with inventory stocking and support the Manager on Duty with shift execution
- Demonstrate integrity and support the culture of Popeyes and SBH Foods
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 18 years old with a passion for working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to lead by example and support team members with enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a leadership role
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be ServSafe certified before independently running a shift
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 60 pounds
- Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team
- Operate registers and restaurant equipment safely
- Perform food preparation and maintain proper lifting techniques
- Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed during shifts
- Maintain clear communication with team and guests throughout the shift
