Position Summary:

As a Sandwich Artist, it is really all about consistency. Greeting our guests promptly, serving them quickly and professionally goes a long way to building trust. Ensuring that the store is being cleaned, food is being monitored to be within the standards of quality, and maintaining food safety standards such as washing your hands is the foundation. You will be expected to bake bread and cookies, as well as prepare food in safe ways. Finally, there will be paperwork to fill out that includes counting products and money.

Responsibilities:

• When scheduled, you show up for your shift. If unable, you take responsibility and find coverage.
• Treat coworkers and our guests with respect
• Be open to learning new things and adapting to change
• Focused on quality experiences for our guests. The same as you would expect when visiting other restaurant.

This is a busy store with high standards. We work hard so that we all succeed.

Pay range is subject to experience and references. We have performance evaluations twice a year, with the ability to earn up to fifty cents per raise with good performance.
