What you'll do:
- Prep, cook, and assemble food quickly, safely, and to Chick-fil-A standard
- Rotate confidently through kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembly, boards, and prep
- Keep inventory stocked and the kitchen spotless and organized
- Stay sharp on new products and menu rollouts
- Work safely around equipment and flag maintenance needs to leadership
- Complete training and stay current on procedures
- Handle opening/closing tasks and pitch in wherever needed
- Follow Chick-fil-A standards and dress code
What we're looking for:
- 16 or older
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- A positive attitude and a heart for serving others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Able to lift/carry 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
