  • The Meat Packer in the meat room is responsible for receiving, portioning, packing, and storing meat products, ensuring their freshness and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Portioning according to kitchen specifications.
  • Proper packing and labeling of meat products.
  • Storing in refrigeration or freezing.
  • Compliance with hygiene standards and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and organized environment.
  • Proper use of cutting tools.

Position Objective:

Ensure that meat products are prepared and stored in optimal condition for restaurant use.
