- Portioning according to kitchen specifications.
- Proper packing and labeling of meat products.
- Storing in refrigeration or freezing.
- Compliance with hygiene standards and maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and organized environment.
- Proper use of cutting tools.
