We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to assist in all facets of our store operations, helping to increase sales and profit while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily goals and monthly sales targets.
- Provide coaching to employees on selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google, and email communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Work in a retail environment with occasional exposure to various materials.
