Your Role
- Extend an impeccable welcome to every guest, anticipating needs with warmth and precision
- Curate a seamless dining experience through refined attention to detail and service
- Present food and beverages with elegance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Maintain an atmosphere of order, cleanliness, and calm professionalism throughout the dining room
- Collaborate with fellow hospitality professionals to deliver consistently elevated guest experiences
- Practice Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be available to work 32+ hours per week
- Must be 18+ years
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to receive and respond positively to leadership and coaching
- Displays professionalism in appearance and communication, even in fast-paced service environment
- Consistent, reliable, and punctual
- Positive attitude with a genuine heart for serving others
- Works well within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Possesses a natural grace in guest interactions and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Has a meticulous eye for detail
- Shows a sincere heart for service
