Key Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and atmosphere exceed customer expectations.
- Train and develop a highly skilled team, ensuring adherence to PRIDE systems and food safety practices.
- Manage financial performance, including profit & loss, inventory, and labor to optimize sales.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new fans and increase restaurant sales.
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service environment.
- Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality and service skills.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a motivated team.
- ServSafe® certified or equivalent.
Work Conditions
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Location: Minden Dairy Queen - with plans to relocate and build new Grill & Chill Dairy Queen (come help us grow)
