About Us
Septic Check is a small, tight‑knit team that takes pride in doing things right — not fast, not cheap, right. We’re growing because we treat our customers like family and our team the same way. We value service, integrity, clarity, accountability, and a growth mindset in everything we do.
If you want to lead a crew where your work matters, your voice is heard, and your reputation is built on trust, you might be the right fit.
Position Summary
We’re hiring a Crew Foreman to lead our septic system installation crew. This role is for someone who leads with integrity, communicates clearly, and sets the standard for quality and professionalism. You’ll run projects, guide your crew, and ensure jobs are completed safely and correctly.
This is not a corporate environment. It’s hands‑on leadership with people who actually care.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a field crew on commercial and residential septic system installations.
- Set expectations clearly, communicate honestly, and hold the team accountable.
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant.
- Work directly with customers, inspectors, and partners professionally.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members using our 90‑day onboarding program.
- Maintain high craftsmanship standards and model the values we hire for.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience or skilled operator ready to step into leadership.
- Strong communication and people‑management skills.
- Someone who owns their work — no shortcuts, no excuses.
- A growth‑minded thinker who wants to build a crew, not just clock in.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
This job isn’t for everyone — only for those who take pride in doing things right.
What We Offer
- Monday–Friday schedule — home weekends and nights.
- Company truck provided
- Paid certifications and licenses (we invest heavily in development).
- 90‑day training & leadership onboarding program.
- 40 hours PTO from day one + 6 paid holidays and on going PTO accrual.
- Health insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and profit sharing.
- A crew and leadership team that genuinely has your back.
Tell us why you lead the way you do — we’d love to talk.
