Job Description:
Chick-fil-A at Lakeside Shopping Center is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Back of House Manager to oversee the kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensure the highest level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise the back-of-house team, which includes kitchen staff and food prep personnel. Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all menu items are consistently prepared to Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards. Conduct regular quality checks and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for kitchen supplies, order necessary ingredients, and minimize waste.
- Staff Training: Train and develop kitchen staff on Chick-fil-A recipes, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including the proper storage and disposal of food.
- Financial Accountability: Manage food costs, waste reduction, and maintain efficient inventory control.
