What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll be trained across multiple areas of the restaurant, including:
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
- Preparing food (grill, sandwiches, drinks)
- Running orders and keeping dining areas clean
- Operating the register and handling transactions
- Supporting opening and closing tasks based on your shift
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn multiple roles
Experience
- Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- We’re happy to train the right candidates
Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to Morrisville, NC
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment (heat, noise, fast pace)
