Position Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and squat
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and reliable transportation
  • Evening availability (5 PM – 12:30 AM required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cleaning team during evening shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Create and communicate a daily task plan to the team
  • Ensure correct cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment are used
  • Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A cleanliness standards
  • Perform and oversee top-to-bottom walkthroughs and complete checklists nightly
  • Communicate results to Operations Leader for accountability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Serve as a role model, leading by example to push the team toward efficiency

  • Cleaning spot checks meet standards
  • Team consistently finishes on time
  • Combined Cleanliness CEM ranking within top 20%

Expectations:

  • Works majority of time in Heart of House to ensure speed and effectiveness
  • Checks on Front Counter periodically to ensure efficiency
  • Pushes team to work quickly and accurately
  • Leads the team by being the best on the team
  • Corrects any issues pointed out by other leaders
