Our Parent Shift is designed for parents and caregivers who want a consistent weekday schedule that works around the school day.
Your Schedule
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday–Friday
No nights. No weekends.
Off when school is out.
What You'll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create the kind of experience our guests remember. You'll work alongside a team to:
- Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality
- Take orders and accurately prepare guest requests
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work together to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
- Learn and follow Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
- Encourage and support your fellow team members
- Help solve problems and take ownership when you see something that needs attention

Availability: One of the designated Parent Shift schedules

Weekends: None
School Holidays/Breaks: Off
Experience: No prior restaurant experience required
