Job Description
Our Bartenders perform the essential tasks of providing
high-quality bar service while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.
The position works directly under the Lead Bartender and supports the
overall success of the bar operations.
Generally, work tasks will include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently.
- Open and close the bar according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing and sanitizing tables, counters, and glassware.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to the Lead Bartender.
- Verify guest identification and ensure all alcohol service complies with local and company policies. This includes monitoring portion sizes and preventing over-serving.
- Assist with maintaining a friendly and inviting bar atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Bartender and management to address guest needs or issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
Qualifications / Expectations
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous bartending or food & beverage experience preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain any required local/state alcohol service permits.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent guest service.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
