Job Description
Our Cooks perform the essential back-of-house tasks that keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. The position works directly under the Food & Beverage Manager and collaborates closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
Generally, work tasks will include:
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and rotation of ingredients and supplies
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and restocking
- Communicate any equipment or supply issues promptly to management
Qualifications / Expectations
- Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
- Must be able to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Must maintain a positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Food handler certification (if required by state or local regulations; can obtain after applying).
