VIP Cinemas is looking for enthusiastic Cast Member to help bring the magic of movies to life in the communities we serve. As a Cast Member, you will play an important role in making every visit enjoyable, from welcoming guests and selling tickets to preparing concessions and keeping our theater clean and inviting.
No previous movie theater experience is required! We provide training to help you learn the different areas of theater operations, build valuable customer service skills, and grow with our team.

What You'll Do
As a Cast Member, you'll work across several areas of the theater to provide excellent guest service and support daily operations.
Guest Service & Ticket Sales
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and help create a positive first impression.
- Sell tickets, answer questions about movies and showtimes, and assist guests with their theater experience.
- Help guests navigate the theater and locate their auditoriums.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns professionally, involving a manager when needed.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and other theater activities.
Concessions & Food Service
- Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, candy, and other concession items.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and electronic payments according to company procedures.
- Keep concession counters, equipment, and service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Monitor product availability and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
Theater Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Clean and reset auditoriums between showtimes.
- Maintain clean and presentable lobbies, restrooms, hallways, concession areas, and other guest spaces.
- Complete routine cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout each shift.
- Remove trash, restock supplies, and help maintain the overall appearance of the theater.
- Report maintenance issues, spills, safety hazards, and equipment problems to management promptly.
Teamwork & Daily Operations
- Work collaboratively with fellow Cast Member and theater management to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow established opening, closing, and shift procedures.
- Attend required training and learn to perform duties in multiple areas of the theater.
- Communicate guest concerns, operational problems, and supply needs to management.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Take on other reasonable duties as needed to support the team and provide an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications & Expectations
- Must be at least 16 years old, subject to applicable employment laws.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in different areas of the theater.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on theater needs.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work well with others.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Previous experience is not required. Experience in customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, or a similar role is helpful but not necessary.

Work Environment & Schedule
This is a part-time, hourly position at a VIP Cinemas theater.
Movie theaters operate primarily during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak moviegoing periods. Cast Members should be prepared to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and their availability.
The position involves interacting with guests, working as part of a team, and performing a combination of customer service, food service, and cleaning duties. Some shifts may be busier than others, particularly during major movie releases and holidays.
