Key Responsibilities:
- Create gourmet coffees, hot teas, smoothies, and fresh squeezed juices.
- Operate espresso machine and other Market equipment to prepare gourmet drinks and pastries.
- Provide exceptional guest experience at all times.
- Cash handling and payment processing.
- Assist with storage, stocking, rotation, and maintenance of all products.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness & organization
- Assist in opening and closing the Market according to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about coffee, tea, and fresh juices.
- Personable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about interacting with guests.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- ServSafe certification and barista experience desired.
