Key Responsibilities
- Prepare classic and innovative beverages quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Operate juicers, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment safely
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control standards
- Engage warmly with guests, take orders, and offer drink suggestions tailored to their preferences
- Handle payments, issue bills, and ensure smooth transactions
- Restock bar inventory and assist with special events as needed
- Maintain grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Address customer service issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous bartending experience preferred; alcohol training/certification a plus
- Excellent oral communication and positive interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of mixology, alcohol safety regulations, and customer service best practices
- Ability to lift, resolve conflicts, and work well in a team
