Main Responsibilities
- Consistently ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, pans, and pots
- Maintain a spotless work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances
- Adhere strictly to food safety procedures and regulations
- Take out trash and rinse garbage cans to maintain hygiene
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a dishwasher preferred; this is a HIGH volume establishment
- Proficient in handling various types of dishes and kitchenware with care
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
