As an Administrative Executive, your role will focus on:

• Assisting in the preparation of agreements, proposals, documents, and other materials
• Providing administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases
• Updating and maintaining systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Assisting to process purchase orders and invoices
• Keeping good record of documents and filing
• Coordinating with various internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support business development initiatives
• Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
