Responsibilities:
- Execute financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization
- Manage restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with SOP in areas such as recruitment, training, food preparation, safety, and sanitation
- Supervise and support employees, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution
- Complete required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain personnel files with appropriate employment and legal documents
- Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office
