Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage stock, staff scheduling, and sales performance to maximize productivity
- Recruit, train, and motivate a talented kitchen team to meet sales and service goals
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism
A Manager should:
- Work a minimum of forty-five hours per week in the restaurant (5 days), including Friday and Saturday
- Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have 2 years of Kitchen Leadership experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a resourceful approach
- Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
- Confidence in managing budgets and financial records
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
