As a Front of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and gain valuable life experience. Your role will go beyond serving our delicious food in a friendly environment - you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. With your enthusiastic attitude and commitment to our vision and values, you will ensure that all guests receive the signature Chick-fil-A service they know and love.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile

Speak Enthusiastically
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
