We are looking for Bakers to join our Dunkin' team! You'll work independently during overnight hours to craft high-quality baked goods with care, consistency, and pride. Depending on availability, you may also be responsible for opening the store in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Work well and interacts with others respectfully
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Communicate with team members
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including donuts, muffins, and bagels in a timely manner
- Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
Operational Excellence:
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain clean and neat work environment
- Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, overnight environment
- Pride in your work and commitment to quality
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Previous baking or kitchen prep experience (preferred but not required)
