• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Must ensure team members follow printed recipes and achieve accurate flavor profiles
• Be willing to follow direction and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet tables warmly and in a timely manner
• Learn the menu and provide clear answers to guest questions
• Explain the restaurant concept to guests
• Execute steps of service at a high level
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate efficiently with the team
• Take orders and use the POS system effectively
• Handle carryout orders over the phone and execute curbside pick-ups
