Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the guest experience is the top priority, maintaining impeccable execution
• Be the go-to person for all needs as directed by the Managing Director
• Resolve complaints promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy
• Communicate the Burger Bach vision effectively to your team
• Provide clear direction to the team and contribute to management meetings
• Execute policies and activities to ensure flawless operations
• Understand and achieve fiscal goals set by the Managing Director
• Analyze operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop talent in the restaurant
• Ensure staff are fully trained and your "Bach" is appropriately staffed
• Implement marketing strategies consistently and comply with health regulations
• Monitor food preparation to maintain high standards and create a positive atmosphere
