Qualifications:

• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Must be trustworthy and honest
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Must be able to follow printed recipes and achieve accurate flavor profiles for prepared drink products
• Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet bar guests in a timely manner with a warm welcome
• Able to learn our menu and provide clear answers to any questions from the guests
• Explain our restaurant concept to guests
• Learn our steps of service and execute at a high level
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with our team
• Take orders and use our POS system effectively
• Execute and create cocktails based on recipes
