In this position, you will be responsible for restaurant related mid-level accounting tasks, as well as administrative and accounting items. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to multitask, work well with a group, as well as have great communication skills. This position requires the ability to stay on task, meet deadlines and pay attention to details. Key tasks, not limited to the following, are included below:

• Processing accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Verify and investigate discrepancies and report any discrepancies to Controller
• Maintaining invoice maintenance and vendor maintenance
• Assist in truck delivery entries for over 25 stores
• Assist in different catering aspects to the company
• Maintaining excellent vendor relations
• Assist in managing multiple banking accounts with verifying bill payments
• Assist in restaurant reporting to include but not limited to Grubhub, Door Dash, and Uber
• Reports to Controller on a weekly basis

Requirements and/or Skills:

• Proven working experience as an AP Clerk
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Hands on experience with spreadsheets
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience in the following programs is preferred:

• QuickBooks (online version)
• Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word and Excel
• Bill.com

Education:

High School Diploma

Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
