Job Summary:

We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for experienced To-Go/Takeout
Specialists to enhance our Company. We are looking for creative, motivated
people with the ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented
environment. You will need to have high energy, a positive attitude, and basic
serving skills, as well as be organized, detailed, and communicative. You
will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Front of the House
Managers. This position requires nights and weekends each month.
Requirements:
- Be able to be on your feet for 4-10 hours
- Knowledge of service standards
- Be able to lift and carry 10-20 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Interact and communicate with guests confidently and authentically
- Greet guests, describe menu items/specials clearly and accurately, listen and respond to guests and answer any questions
- Suggestively sell appetizers, drinks, desserts and add on menu items
- Capture guests’ walk-in and phone orders, partner with Third Party delivery companies, and facilitate all online orders
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests’ choices and identifying guests’ allergies, special dietary needs and requests
- Collect payments, give accurate quote times, and prepare orders for pickup
- Ring items in the POS system and deliver items to guests efficiently and within standard time limits
- Ensure accuracy of orders and food/drink quality standards
- Assist co-workers with various areas of guest service, when needed
- Set up, maintain, and organize workstation
- Ensure cleanliness of work area throughout shift
