Culver’s is Hiring Experienced Restaurant Managers

We are seeking candidates who bring at least 1–2 years of prior food management experience, ideally within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with confidence and care
  • Ensure a smooth shift by supervising and coaching team members to meet service and food quality standards
  • Foster a high-performing, guest-focused team through effective role modeling and hands-on leadership
  • Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of previous food management experience (required)
  • Experience in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments (preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • ServSafe certification (preferred)
  • A friendly, guest-first attitude and positive energy
