What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with confidence and care
- Ensure a smooth shift by supervising and coaching team members to meet service and food quality standards
- Foster a high-performing, guest-focused team through effective role modeling and hands-on leadership
- Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of previous food management experience (required)
- Experience in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments (preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
- A friendly, guest-first attitude and positive energy
